New furnace install. Great customer service. While looking at old furnace for repairs, found a couple of major issues. Give you options to review and no pressure selling. Decided on replacement and very happy. Quick scheduling and completed in 4 hours. Put down drop cloths from door to furnace for the work. Price very reasonable.

I had a great experience with Rumpca Service! I called them for a humidifier installation, and they scheduled a free estimate just a few hours later the same day. The estimator was super friendly and took the time to thoroughly explain the entire process, which made me feel comfortable moving forward. The installation was completed just a few days later and took only a few hours. The crew who did the job were professional, efficient, and really nice. As a bonus, they noticed a water leak in my furnace that I wouldn’t have caught, and they fixed it at no extra charge. Overall, excellent service, and I highly recommend them!

I had a very pleasant experience with Rumpca! They started off winning for me by having an option to text rather than call which was much more convenient for me. Also based on what I had told them and the issues I was having, they went above and beyond after finding the blockage in the drain only 10 feet in, they continued out all the way to the road as requested to make sure there were no roots or anything else causing the continuous issues I was having before they came. They were very professional, didn't make me feel like an idiot, and left no mess behind. Also, I don't know anything about plumbing, but I feel like their price was very reasonable, and they told me ahead of time what I could expect for prices, and were able to come the following day after contacting them. I would definitely recommend!

Rumpca is amazing! Highly recommend. They communicate very well, they take the time to explain anything you have questions on, and affordable. Their work was very well done and clean. This company is not like the big names that focus on sales instead of the needs of the customer

We were gone for the winter and when we got home late one Friday night we wanted to do some laundry. Of course the wash tub drain was plugged. I called to see when we could have someone come out. The service man was there at 7:00 the next morning! Such a great experience, highly recommend Rumpca for any plumbing needs.

I needed a great hvac/ plumbing service and found it with Rumpca. Their pricing was comparable to other quotes I received, and their service has been amazing. I had a very small timeframe for the furnace replacement, and they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule….literally come out the day after I called with my service request. We had a leak in our kitchen drain, water running down to our lower level. We called Rumpca and they were able to come to our home within a day. Once they arrived they found another leak and were able to fix both issues within an hour. Fantastic job and WONDERFUL customer service. I love Rumpca. I’ve had them come out for all sorts of plumbing and heating issues and installs. They’ve always been kind and helpful, and they do good work. I like supporting small, local businesses, and this is a good one.
